Our owner, Luke Wallace, founded Wallace Home Services to fix the most common frustrations homeowners face with service companies: poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and inconsistent quality. We believe home services should be simple — clear expectations, dependable service, and work done right every time.

We’re built around three core values: reliability, quality, and communication. Our goal is to be a one-stop solution for lawn care, landscaping, and window cleaning, giving our customers peace of mind without having to chase contractors or worry about follow-through.

As the owner, I personally oversee quality control and ensure every job site is tidy, efficient, and completed to our standards. As we continue to expand from Gloucester to Windham and beyond, our focus remains the same: delivering top-quality service and clear communication year-round.
